Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals of low-to-moderate income residing in the Lower East Side by developing new affordable housing and rehabilitating vacant housing stock. Our goal is to provide community-based management of housing developments, ensuring that residents have access to safe, clean, and well-maintained homes. We work collaboratively with local residents, community organizations, and government agencies to identify housing needs and develop solutions that cater to the unique needs of the Lower East Side community. By creating stable and sustainable communities, we provide affordable housing options and opportunities for residents to build a better future for themselves and their families.
